This episode, we start off by talking about the Southern Baptist Conference's decision to clarify their backward attitudes toward women. This was spurned by Rick Warren (a notorious theological liberal 😀) who had the unmitigated gall to make a woman a pastor! The nerve! We move on to a CBN particle which complains about the UK Supreme Court's decision not to keep a child on life support. This highlights not only the all-to-familiar Evangelical fear of death, but it has the distinct ring of CBN trying to use this family's misery for their own political ends. We finish up with another look at a church apologizing for their abuse of indigenous people. This time, it is the Pope in Canada. While the Catholic church has made some (but not nearly enough) efforts to make up for this atrocity, they also have several tribal artifacts that they refuse to return to the tribes. That, and there is a clear sign of the end of the world, but you have to listen to hear about that.
